Job Summary
The Administrator is responsible for the overall daily management and operation of the clinic, reporting to regional operational management. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating patient scheduling, implementing clinical and operational processes to improve patient health and reduce hospitalizations, achieving financial targets (budget, labor, supply costs), leading quality initiatives (QAPI and quality improvement committees), coordinating department functions, ensuring comprehensive patient record documentation, maintaining regulatory compliance, and overseeing staffing and facility operations (including potential Charge Nurse duties, RN supervision, and possible facility CEO delegation). Skills and activities emphasized include healthcare operations, process improvement, regulatory compliance, staff leadership, patient care coordination, documentation standards, and collaboration with Medical Director and physicians.
Required Qualifications
- Must be full-time employee
- Current RN license in applicable state
- 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification required within 90 days of hire
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must meet applicable state requirements
