Job Summary
Clinic Administrator overseeing daily operation of the dialysis clinic, responsible for growth, scheduling, quality/improvement initiatives, regulatory compliance, staff recruitment and development, and coordination of departments to ensure timely patient care, documentation, and achievement of quality and financial targets. The role may involve assuming Charge Nurse responsibilities and interacting with Medical Director and governing bodies to maintain regulatory and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in applicable state
- 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification required within 90 days of hire
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and USRC clinical applications (within 90 days of hire)
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to function in new and emergent situations
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Must be full-time employee and available during clinic hours
- Must meet applicable state nursing requirements (see addendum)
