Job Summary
Facilities Coordinator / Admin Support responsible for the clinic's daily management and operation, including planning patient scheduling, implementing operational processes to improve patient health and minimize hospitalizations, leading quality-improvement efforts (QAPI) and coordinating multiple departments. The role may involve assuming Charge Nurse responsibilities and potentially fulfilling the facility CEO duties as delegated; requires collaboration with Medical Director and physicians, maintaining records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and recruiting/training/supervising personnel. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential, with a focus on achieving program goals and maintaining quality patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in applicable state
- RN with 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification within 90 days of hire
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); proficiency in USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and ability to function in a leadership position
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing; strong time management and organizational skills
- Must meet applicable state requirements (addendum for Administrator)
