Job Summary
Facilities Coordinator / Admin Support for an ESRD dialysis clinic. Responsible for overall daily management and operation, including growth planning, patient scheduling, staffing, and achievement of financial targets. Leads quality initiatives, QAPI meetings, and regulatory compliance across federal/state/local requirements. Coordinates multiple departments, ensures complete patient records and documentation, and may assume Charge Nurse responsibilities or act as facility CEO as delegated. Requires RN license (current in state), CPR within 90 days, and strong administrative and leadership skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical applications. Focus on optimizing patient care outcomes, staff development, and collaboration with Medical Director, physicians, and the governing body.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in applicable state
- 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification required within 90 days of hire
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); proficiency in USRC clinical applications required within 90 days of hire
- Must be full-time employee of the Company and available to clinic staff during time clinic is open
