Job Summary
Administrative leadership role managing the daily operations of a dialysis clinic: planning and coordinating patient scheduling, implementing clinical/operational processes to improve patient outcomes, monitoring quality and regulatory compliance (QAPI, ESRD/Medicare requirements), coordinating multiple departments, maintaining documentation, and ensuring staff development and adherence to policy. Requires an active RN license, CPR, and dialysis-specific experience; must be a full-time employee with strong leadership, organizational, and computer skills to manage staffing, budgets, and regulatory adherence.
Required Qualifications
- Must be full-time employee
- Current RN license in applicable state
- 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification within 90 days of hire
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire
- Demonstrated leadership and people-management skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written)
- Must meet applicable state requirements for Administrator role (see addendum)
