Job Summary
The Facilities Coordinator / Admin Support role oversees daily clinic operations, including patient scheduling, operational processes for growth, quality management, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include planning staffing aligned with patient needs, implementing clinical and operational processes to improve patient outcomes, managing budgets and resources, coordinating quality assurance activities (QAPI), maintaining patient records and documentation, and supporting leadership in facility management, vendor relationships, and staff development. The position may involve duties related to nursing/clinical supervision as needed, with a requirement for a current RN license and the ability to meet state-specific requirements. The role emphasizes collaboration with Medical Director, physicians, and hospital partners to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with governing bodies and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in applicable state
- 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification within 90 days of hire
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to use USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire
- Meets applicable state requirements for Administrator role per addendum
- Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and perform in emergent situations with sound judgment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Must be full-time employee and available during clinic hours
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English
