Job Summary

Facilities Coordinator / Admin Support role overseeing daily management of the dialysis clinic's operations, including patient scheduling, coordination with Medical Director and staff, and leading initiatives to improve patient care and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include planning staffing to meet patient needs, coordinating department functions, maintaining regulatory records and reporting, supporting quality improvement efforts (QAPI), ensuring documentation accuracy in patient records, and assisting in leadership and administrative duties as described (including potential responsibilities of the facility CEO as delegated). Requires RN license, previous dialysis management experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and clinical applications, and strong organizational and communication skills to supervise personnel and ensure policy adherence.

Required Qualifications

  • Current RN license in applicable state
  • 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
  • CPR certification required within 90 days of hire
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to use USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire
  • Must be full-time employee of the Company and available to clinic staff during time clinic is open
  • Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment
