Job Summary

Facilities Coordinator / Admin Support responsible for the overall daily management and operation of the clinic, coordinating patient scheduling, staffing, and governance. The role leads quality improvement activities (QAPI), ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, develops and implements processes for program growth and budget control, and collaborates with Medical Director and physicians. Responsibilities include maintaining patient records, facilitating staff meetings and education, overseeing equipment maintenance and dialysis-related systems, and supporting administration with reporting, documentation, and coordination across departments.

Required Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse Required
  • Current RN license in applicable state
  • 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
  • CPR certification required within 90 days of hire
  • Must meet applicable state requirements (addendum)
  • Must be full-time employee of the Company and available to clinic staff during time clinic is open
