Job Summary

Facilities Coordinator / Admin Support responsible for the overall daily management and operation of the clinic. Responsibilities include planning/coordination of patient scheduling, implementing clinical and operational processes to improve patient health and minimize hospitalizations, achieving financial targets, leading quality management and QAPI initiatives, coordinating department functions, maintaining documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, staffing planning, and potentially assuming Charge Nurse or facility CEO duties as delegated. Requires RN license, 18 months RN experience in kidney failure care, CPR within 90 days, strong leadership and communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and clinical applications. Location: La Porte, TX; onsite role with facility operations and administrative oversight.

Required Qualifications

  • Current RN license in applicable state
  • 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
  • CPR certification within 90 days of hire
  • basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); proficiency in all USRC clinical applications required within 90 days of hire
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and sound judgment
  • Ability to function in new and emergent situations
