Job Summary
Facilities Coordinator / Admin Support responsible for the overall daily management and operation of the clinic. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating patient scheduling to ensure timely acceptance and appropriate staffing; implementing clinical and operational processes to improve patient health and minimize hospitalizations; achieving financial targets including budgets and costs; leading quality initiatives such as QAPI meetings and quality improvement committees; ensuring compliance with federal/state/local regulations; coordinating departmental functions and maintaining thorough patient documentation; supervising staff, recruiting and developing personnel; and maintaining relationships with Medical Director, physicians, hospitals, vendors, and the community. Requires RN license, dialysis experience, CPR certification, strong leadership, problem-solving, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and clinical applications; 18 months RN experience with kidney-failure patient care and ability to function in leadership roles are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must have current RN license in applicable state and maintain in good standing
- 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification required within 90 days of hire
- Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); proficiency in all USRC clinical applications required within 90 days of hire
- Must meet applicable, specific state requirements (see addendum for Administrator)
- Must be full-time employee of the Company and available to clinic staff during time clinic is open
