Job Summary
Facilities Coordinator / Admin Support overseeing daily clinic operations, patient scheduling, and staffing to ensure timely patient acceptance and effective staffing; leads quality and performance improvement efforts (QAPI) and ensures compliance with federal/state regulations; coordinates multiple departments, maintains thorough documentation, and may assume Charge Nurse duties or fulfill the facility CEO role as delegated; collaborates with Medical Director and physicians to uphold patient care standards and customer service excellence; requires RN license and dialysis-care experience, CPR within 90 days, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and clinical applications.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in applicable state
- 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification within 90 days of hire
- Must meet applicable state practice requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to use USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire
- Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
