Job Summary
Facilities Coordinator overseeing daily clinic operations and admin functions, including patient scheduling, staff coordination, and QA/quality improvement activities. Manages and implements processes for program growth, ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, collaborates with Medical Director and physicians, and supports nursing services while maintaining records, certifications, and reporting. Responsibilities include planning staffing, monitoring budgets and costs, coordinating documentation of treatments, leading quality improvement committees, and ensuring effective communication across departments. Requires RN licensure with dialysis experience, CPR certification, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical applications.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in applicable state
- 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification within 90 days of hire
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and clinical applications
- Must be full-time employee and available during clinic hours
- Knowledge of federal, state, local laws and regulations related to healthcare and practice acts
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to function in leadership positions
- Experience with dialysis management preferred
