Job Summary
Facilities Coordinator / Admin Support role directing daily clinic operations and administrative functions. Oversees patient scheduling, regulatory compliance, quality initiatives, and staff coordination to meet patient care targets and budgetary goals. Requires RN license with dialysis patient-care experience, CPR within 90 days, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinic-specific applications. Responsibilities include growth planning, process implementation, incident review, QAPI participation, documentation accuracy, staff supervision, and coordination with Medical Director and evaluating personnel performance. Must be prepared to assume leadership duties, ensure regulatory compliance, and support operational readiness across the dialysis clinic.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in applicable state
- Current RN license in good standing
- 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in kidney failure patient care
- CPR certification within 90 days of hire
- Ability to communicate in English (written and verbal)
- Proficiency with computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); proficiency in USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire
- Must meet state practice requirements per addendum
- Full-time employment availability
- Demonstrated leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills
