Job Summary
Clinic operation and administration focus: manage daily operations of the dialysis clinic, coordinate patient scheduling and staffing to meet patient care targets, implement processes for growth and quality improvement, ensure compliance with federal/state regulations, lead quality and performance improvement efforts (QAPI), maintain thorough documentation of treatments and communications, coordinate inter-departmental activities, and oversee staffing and equipment to support patient care and regulatory requirements. Strong leadership, clinical knowledge (dialysis context), regulatory compliance, and IT proficiency (Microsoft Office and USRC applications) are essential.
Required Qualifications
- RN license in applicable state
- 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification within 90 days of hire
- proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire
