Facilities Coordinator / Admin Support

Job Summary
Responsible for the overall daily management and operation of the clinic. Reports to regional operational management. Leads program growth, patient scheduling, and clinical/operational processes to improve patient outcomes and meet financial targets. Coordinates multi-department activities, maintains documentation and records, participates in quality initiatives (QAPI) and regulatory compliance, and may assume Charge Nurse or facility CEO responsibilities as delegated. Requires strong leadership, administrative, and communication skills, with extensive collaboration with Medical Director, physicians, staff, and external partners. Provides staff development, recruitment, training, and adherence to health-care regulations and company policies. Benefits available for full-time and part-time staff.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in applicable state
- CPR certification within 90 days of hire
- 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and proficiency in USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire
- Must meet applicable state requirements (see addendum for Administrator)
- Full-time status availability to clinic staff during open hours
