Job Summary
Facilities Coordinator / Admin Support responsible for the overall daily management and operation of the clinic, reporting to regional operational management. Responsibilities include planning patient scheduling, implementing clinical and operational processes to improve patient health and minimize hospitalizations, achieving financial targets, leading quality initiatives (QAPI) and documentation standards, coordinating departments, ensuring regulatory compliance, staffing planning, and staff development. Requires RN license, CPR within 90 days, dialysis-management experience preferred, proficient in Microsoft Office and USRC clinical apps, and full-time availability; may assume additional responsibilities per administrator directives. The role emphasizes leadership, compliance, patient care documentation, and collaboration with Medical Director and staff.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in applicable state
- CPR certification within 90 days of hire
- 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to use USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire
- Must meet applicable state requirements (see addendum for Administrator)
- Must be full-time employee of the Company and available to clinic staff during time clinic is open
- Demonstrated leadership ability and sound judgment in emergent situations
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
