Facilities Coordinator (3rd Shift)

Job Summary
Facilities Coordinator on 3rd shift responsible for maintaining office equipment, building systems and telecommunications for designated buildings, and serving as a liaison between employees and outside contractors. Manage maintenance schedules, emergencies, test security systems, plan future space and supply needs, communicate with suppliers, schedule preventative maintenance, and support CAPA, SOP, EHS, and quality activities. Lead required daily/weekly operational meetings, perform cost-benefit analyses, supervise personnel, assist with training on SOPs, audit facilities for compliance, and support related areas and programs (Fit & Finish, Cafeteria, Fountains, Warehouse, Fire System, Elevators) as per contract. Requires at least an Associate's degree; Bachelor’s degree and managerial experience are preferred. Strong written and oral communication, leadership, and Microsoft Office proficiency are required; Facility Management Professional credential is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree at minimum
- Bachelor's degree and relevant work experience in a Managerial position
- Facility Management Professional credential a plus
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Leadership and strong work-ethic and dynamic people skills
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
