Job Summary
Facilities Coordinator – 3 responsible for coordinating and supervising the construction, installation or rearrangement of equipment and building facilities and/or equipment and machinery maintenance for the assigned area. Will maintain contact with and direct contractor representatives; verify labor and materials used and inspect projects for conformance to engineering standards, codes, and safety practices; estimate percent completion and communicate cost status; assist facilities manager with day-to-day operations; manage seating assignments and moves in the Corporates System of Record. Requires on-site work in Boulder, CO. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED with 4+ years of related experience, availability for off-hours emergencies and holidays, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and related tools; active Secret clearance is required. Preferred: aerospace facilities experience and familiarity with facilities management systems (Archibus, SAP, AutoCAD, etc.). The role involves 10% travel. Required Qualifications
