Job Summary
In-N-Out Burger seeks a Facilities Construction Project Manager I based in Irvine, CA to oversee construction execution, QA, and turnover of non-store real estate projects (offices, production facilities, distribution centers, warehouses, and related infrastructure). Responsibilities include conducting site visits to monitor workmanship and adherence to documents and standards; leading punch list development, turnover walks, and handoff processes; participating in Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings; coordinating field modifications with Design Manager and consultants; reviewing submittals, RFIs, and construction documents for quality and longevity; ensuring safety compliance with OSHA and building codes; supporting schedule and budget tracking; coordinating with cross-functional teams to align construction activities with operational plans; and providing field oversight during extended hours or travel (25-50% travel may be required). Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5-7 years of relevant experience, knowledge of code compliance and hygienic design for production facilities, and strong proficiency with construction software tools. The role is in-office, full-time, with a salary range of $124,745-$155,900 and benefits; travel and weekend work are possible. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field; required
- 5-7 years' experience in construction project management, field supervision, or construction administration across commercial, industrial, or production facility types; required
- 2+ years' experience in food and beverage, meat manufacturing, or production facility construction; required
- 2+ years' experience with warehouse, distribution center, or corporate office construction; required
- Valid CA Driver's License; required
