Facilities/Computer Science Summer Intern

Dynamic Aviation seeks a motivated, hands-on Summer Intern to support Facilities Maintenance while contributing to innovative projects with senior leadership. The role blends facilities operations, construction/real estate exposure, and emerging technology initiatives including AI research, development, and agent creation. Responsibilities include learning department processes, processing documentation, working independently or with others, following safety rules, operating power equipment (mowers, weed eaters, floor scrubbers, and other tools), conducting routine facility inspections, landscaping tasks (mowing, mulching, weeding), operating zero-turn mowers and power tools, organizing hangar facilities, performing basic mechanical repairs, assisting with setup for company events, participating in intern programming, contributing to AI-related projects, and supporting other facilities/construction/real estate/operational-improvement efforts. Qualifications emphasize current college enrollment in Engineering or Computer Science, experience with AI tools or AI development, ability to operate power equipment, strong work ethic, adaptability to indoor/outdoor environments, strong communication and teamwork skills, organizational ability, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and ability to learn quickly. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varying environmental conditions.
