Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day management of an assigned facility or locations, evaluate compliance regulations, design and monitor control systems for violations of legal rules and internal policies, and lead training on legal and compliance issues. Ensure preventive maintenance schedules for buildings and equipment are followed, serve as a key lead on emergency preparedness planning, participate in staff hiring and supervision, and drive quality improvement initiatives that support program goals.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Associate's Degree in related field required or Bachelor's Degree related field preferred
- Experience: 5-7 years required and Supervisory Experience 1-2 years required
- Knowledge: OSHA standards and general building maintenance
- Skills: effective communication, time management, organizational skills, strong leadership and project management
- Other: ability to design and monitor control systems, lead training sessions, participate in hiring and staff development
