Job Summary
Conduct daily cleaning and maintenance of restrooms, kitchens, conference rooms, and common areas. Remove trash, recycle, dust, mop, and vacuum to ensure spaces remain clean and comfortable. Monitor and stock supplies, deep clean appliances and vending machines, and clear sidewalks and parking spots of ice, snow, and debris during inclement weather. Pitch in wherever needed to foster a supportive team culture. This hourly position includes quarterly bonus compensation for performance, with potential earnings of $38,500 - $45,000 per year. You must be able to lift at least 50 lbs, stay active on the job, and maintain regular, predictable attendance.
