Job Summary
Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance of the building, grounds, and related systems; performing preventive maintenance, coordinating with vendors, and supervising work to be done; manage purchasing and logging of maintenance activities in SAP; assist with moving furniture and other setup tasks; operate vehicles to run errands including airport pickups for interviews; ensure safety policies are followed and maintain documentation of work performed and schedules for future maintenance; perform janitorial tasks during emergencies and support external contractors as needed. Key skills include building systems knowledge (HVAC, security, sprinklers, fire alarms, plumbing, electrical), vendor management, forklift operation, Microsoft Office proficiency, data entry, records keeping, and effective communication.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Prior general office and maintenance experience
- Must be certified to use forklifts
- Ability to interface professionally with executive management and external sources
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software
