Job Summary
The Facilities B technician is responsible for the repair and maintenance of arcade games and supporting equipment in a high-traffic environment. Responsibilities include installation, preventive maintenance, and repairs, as well as ensuring facility cleanliness and organization. The role involves testing equipment, maintaining inventory, diagnosing malfunctions, and performing general housekeeping tasks. Ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in facility maintenance, strong analytical skills, good communication, and the ability to handle physical demands.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common technical manuals and schematics
- Ability to lift and move at least 50 pounds
- Experience in performing scheduled preventive maintenance on facilities/equipment
- The Courage to multi-task within a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with facility and equipment installation, repair, and maintenance
- Arcade game experience is a plus
- Good communication skills with Spirit
- Good analytical/critical thinking
- Superior time-management skills
Additional Requirements
- Employees must be 21 years of age or older
- Must work 250 hours in 90 days or an average of 1,000 hours in one year
