Job Summary
Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of the transfer station, rental yard, customer areas, parking lots, and outdoor facilities. Sweep, pressure wash, remove debris, and empty trash and recycling receptacles throughout the site. Maintain cleanliness around dumpsters, fencing, equipment, buildings, and other outdoor work areas, including cleaning portable restrooms, handwashing stations, and rental equipment for events. Perform basic grounds maintenance such as weed removal and inspect facilities to identify safety hazards, reporting repair needs to supervisors. Assist with directing customers and traffic safely throughout the facility while following all company safety standards. Remain on your feet for extended periods working in outdoor environments with exposure to varying weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- May be required to work overtime, weekends, and during emergency conditions.
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Ability to follow directions and work independently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be proficient in English.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance, janitorial services, groundskeeping, landscaping, or general labor.
- Experience operating pressure washers, blowers, or other facility maintenance equipment is a plus.
- Bilingual is a plus.
