Job Summary
Perform custodial and housekeeping duties in College buildings and residential areas, including cleaning, stocking supplies, and providing customer service for a hospitable environment. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness of indoor and outdoor facilities, conducting routine maintenance, cleaning after bio-hazards, and preparing for College events. Essential duties also require effective communication within a diverse environment and the ability to lift and carry equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with various cleaning agents and related equipment
- Ability to lift and carry 40 lbs.
- Ability to climb a 6-ft. ladder
