Facilities Associate

Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on facilities equipment while monitoring inventory of facility supplies and materials. Assist in setting up and arranging meeting rooms and workspaces, conduct safety checks, and report any hazards or issues. Support facility security measures and access control, and respond to facility-related requests and inquiries from employees. Prior experience in a similar role is a plus. Basic knowledge of facility maintenance and repair procedures, ability to use hand and power tools safely, and strong organizational skills are required.
