Job Summary
Facilities Associate to assist with day-to-day operations of Pittsburgh and satellite offices, including tours to ensure cleanliness and equipment working order, coordinating with vendors for accounts and supplies, placing and tracking work orders with property management, coordinating security badges and fire drills, assembling office furniture and equipment, reviewing invoices, stocking kitchens/copy rooms, and supporting special projects under the Facilities Manager. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of facilities experience; proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and able to lift up to 50 lbs; flexibility to meet deadlines and work a varied schedule.
Required Qualifications

- 1-3 years of work experience; facilities management experience preferred
