Job Summary
Facilities Associate for the RH Gallery focusing on outdoor/grounds-focused maintenance and housekeeping. Responsible for planning and coordinating facility maintenance activities, overseeing repairs across building, grounds, systems, and storage structures, preventive maintenance of equipment (including forklifts, fans, doors, and dock plates), prioritizing and scheduling work orders, and ensuring a safe work environment by enforcing OSHA, Food Safety, and HAZMAT requirements. Must respond quickly to downtime affecting production and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with preventative maintenance and repair
- Experience identifying and presents opportunities for process improvement
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to execute and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
