Facilities Associate IV- Engineering

Coordinate facility projects and contracts for maintenance of electrical, structural, and mechanical systems while managing design, contractor selection, budgeting, and execution. Develop detailed project specifications for space utilization and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with state and local building codes. Partner with indirect purchasing to negotiate contracts and drive cost savings, while preparing budgets, managing purchase orders, and validating invoices. Oversee maintenance programs to enhance reliability and safety, leading process improvements and supporting audits to meet evolving site demands.
