Job Summary
The Facilities Assistant Sr supports general coordination of facility operations to ensure all facility areas function properly and are ready for patron use, and assists Customer Service and Intramural Desks. Responsibilities emphasize coordinating facility-related tasks, collaborating with staff, and maintaining professional English communication. Required skills include typing at least 40 wpm, proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and basic office equipment operation; the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; strong organizational and problem-solving abilities; capacity to work independently with minimal supervision, handle multiple assignments, stay detail-oriented, and remain calm under pressure. CPR certification is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience coordinating facility management or related experience required.
- Minimum one year of experience working in a recreational facility preferred.
- CPR Certification preferred.
