Facilities Assistant

Conduct general maintenance and repairs for the facility, grounds, and equipment, ensuring HVAC systems remain functional with regular filter changes. Perform landscaping tasks including mowing and weeding, while executing minor carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting work as needed. Assist with ordering maintenance supplies, maintaining storage room order, and performing light housekeeping duties. Serve as the liaison for contractors, vendors, and suppliers to the Facilities Manager and Executive Director. Maintain facility vehicles through oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections. Adhere to all health, safety, and accreditation guidelines. Requires high school diploma and three years of maintenance experience.
