Job Summary
Facilities Assistant (Part-time) supports the efficient operation and maintenance of company facilities at the The Woodlands, TX corporate office. Responsibilities include processing printing requests, receiving/distributing mail, packing/shipping orders, maintaining office supplies, managing branded apparel orders, coordinating vendor relationships for competitive pricing, providing administrative support (phones, filing, scanning), and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations and long-term facility needs. Requires 1+ years in a high-volume office-management role, strong communication skills, ability to work independently, a High School Diploma or higher, proficiency in MS Office, and a focus on confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years’ experience in high volume office management role
- High School Diploma or higher
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple time-sensitive tasks
- Professional services experience, PEO knowledge, preferred
- Excellent computer skills, MS Office proficiency
- Excellent presentation, professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive material
