Job Summary
Conduct preventive maintenance on campus HVAC systems, including filter changes, coil cleaning, and minor repairs. Manage F&O desk operations by handling inquiries, organizing work orders, and overseeing student workers. Coordinate deliveries, package tracking, and key/cage checkout processes while maintaining accurate records. Assist with inventorying supplies, vehicle maintenance, and snow removal efforts. Perform general upkeep tasks such as carpentry, painting, and grounds maintenance. Maintain a clean, organized environment and act as the initial point of contact for facility requests.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma
- at least one year of direct and comparable maintenance experience in a large facility or school
- current and valid NM driver's license
- clean driving record to be bondable to drive an IAIA vehicle
- acceptable background check result
