Job Summary
Facilities Assistant/Administration Specialist responsible for ensuring smooth office operations, facilities management, vendor relations, office expense management, and meeting/event support. Key duties include front desk reception, mail/courier services, conference room booking, office supplies and cost control, asset management (including access cards and fixed assets), vendor/contract management, lease and relocation coordination, office renovation/maintenance coordination, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Strong communication, proactive organization, and ability to work independently are required; English proficiency and good interpersonal skills are essential. Location: On-site in Nanjing, Jiangsu, China.
Required Qualifications
