Job Summary
Facilities Assistant at JLL responsible for on-site event setup and teardown, coordinating furniture, signage, and catering support for ~200 annual events, liaising with Event Services Manager and other units, preparing monthly event reports, and ensuring precise execution of workspace and venue requirements. Requires MS Office proficiency, strong communication in English and Mandarin, exceptional organizational skills, and a professional, service-oriented demeanor. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree; Chinese locale: Shanghai on-site.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- Graduate from College or Bachelor's Degree
- Good command of written and oral English and Mandarin
- Professional service orientation and strong communication skills
- Ability to manage set-up/tear-down of furniture and event materials
- High level of organization, confidentiality, and problem-solving abilities
- Certificate of No Criminal Record and Health Certificate for catering industry are must-haves
