Job Summary
Perform facility evaluations by applying architectural and engineering standards, visually inspecting MEP building systems, and gathering data on deficient conditions. Upload collected data into the client's CMMS system and support global assessment work for a Department of Defense Technical Services program. This role requires applying commercial construction codes, utilizing project controls software, and walking 6 to 8 hours daily while climbing ladders. You must maintain an active Top Secret SCI clearance with polygraph. Based in the US, this position offers a salary range of $125,100 to $225,200 and requires 12+ years of experience in architecture, engineering, or construction management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management
- At least 12+ years of relevant work experience
- Mechanical or electrical expertise
- US Citizen
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance
- Proficiency in the application of engineering and architectural design standards, practices, and techniques
- Working knowledge of commercial construction codes and their application to existing facilities
- Proficient PC skills including proficiency in various Project Controls Software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to walk for long periods (6 to 8 hours/day) and climb ladders
- Must be able to travel between 6% - 12% of the year based on customer needs
- Active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance
