Job Summary
Apprentice technicians train under a qualified mechanic to learn and perform the same tasks as mechanical technicians. Work with HVAC mechanics, electricians, and plumbers to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical systems. Roles cover HVAC installation, piping, electrical safety, and related systems; aims to prepare the apprentice to independently complete tasks as a mechanical technician.
Required Qualifications
- High School degree or equivalent preferred
- Must hold or have the ability to obtain a CER (Casino Employee Registration) issued by the NJ Division of Gaming Enforcement
