Job Summary
Coordinate day-to-day facility operations, vendor management, and work order tracking to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff. Obtain competitive quotes for repairs and capital improvements, present recommendations to leadership, and oversee project completion from approval to final delivery. Supervise facility drivers, including scheduling and performance evaluations, while conducting monthly fire drills and coordinating with local fire and building officials. Manage emergency preparedness activities, after-hours on-call rotations, and facility inspections to ensure compliance with Joint Commission, BSAS, and DPH regulatory surveys. Maintain comprehensive vendor records, inspection reports, and preventive-maintenance documentation while supporting environment of care documentation.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience
