Job Summary
Facilities & Operations Coordinator responsible for maintaining safe, clean, and functional facilities across the program; supports transportation and logistical needs; manages maintenance tasks (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting) and prepares inspection documentation for OSHA, CARF, or DOH reviews; ensures vehicle fleet safety, transports residents as needed, and maintains a professional environment during transports; provides program support including inventory management and resident outfitting, administrative duties, and emergency response participation; requires valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, ability to pass background checks and drug screens, 21+ years old for insurance requirements, TB and physical clearance, CPR and First Aid certification, CPI training, and annual compliance training; this is a full-time role with potential overtime for arrivals/departures or emergencies.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-hire and ongoing background checks, fingerprint, and drug screens
- Must be 21 years or older in order to meet Company driving insurance requirements
- Pre-hire and annual TB and physical clearance
- Maintain current CPR and First Aid certification
- Maintain CPI Non-Violent Crisis Intervention training (provided by Pacific Quest)
- Stay current on annual compliance training
