Job Summary
Oversee maintenance, safety, and efficiency of SurePoint Ag's facilities, equipment, buildings, grounds, and vehicle fleet. Manage preventative and corrective maintenance for campus-wide operations, building systems, and exterior grounds. Implement a CMMS for continuous improvement. Register, license, and maintain detailed records for all commercial vehicles and trailers while ensuring compliance with FMCSA laws, annual UCR filings, and DOT inspections. Conduct driver training on regulatory requirements and manage the vehicle rental program. Supervise Facilities Operations & Maintenance staff and perform other duties essential for overall success. Located at SurePoint Ag Systems in Atwood, KS.
