Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate and perform facilities maintenance activities across multiple sites, including cleaning, event support, routine repairs, and coordination of internal and third-party services. Responsible for hands-on repairs, supporting building systems (HVAC, plumbing, lighting, mechanical equipment), inspections, safety/compliance, recordkeeping, vendor coordination, and emergency response. The role supports daily operations and cross-department collaboration, with occasional travel between Lancaster, Hillsboro, and Barnesville sites; requires a high school diploma and valid driver’s license; minimum 5 years in facility maintenance or related field.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required
- At least 5 years of experience in facility maintenance, building operations, construction support, or a related field; technical training preferred
- Must have experience coordinating maintenance activities, vendors, and facility operations, with working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and mechanical equipment)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to identify hazards and respond to emergency situations
- Must be able to meet compliance standards and prioritize work
