Facilities and Equipment Manager

Oversee maintenance and repair of refrigeration (coolers, freezers, ice machines), HVAC systems, hot-side food equipment (fryers, grills), and related building systems at a locally owned Sonic Drive-In. Includes installing and assembling equipment, performing periodic inspections, servicing exterior and interior fixtures, troubleshooting electrical issues, and ensuring compliance with food safety, employee safety, and OSHA requirements. Responsibilities also include training management on proper use of equipment and responding promptly to equipment calls. Emphasizes outcome-oriented, performance-driven culture.
