Facilities Analyst

Job Summary
Monitor existing facility contracts for compliance, develop contract specifications, and interact with suppliers and buyers to ensure continuous improvement of operational processes. Generate plans, acquire materials, and schedule services while communicating adherence to scheduled activities and validating resource availability for maintenance requests. Receive and process customer service requests for buildings, equipment, and systems, providing technical support, training, and troubleshooting assistance for facilities hardware and software. Create, review, and document procedures related to facilities operations, ensuring configuration control is maintained across data and documents. With limited supervision, collect accurate data from systems, perform analysis using developed tools, and assess risks to develop and implement mitigations for new and ongoing business activities.
Required Qualifications
- Must have existing rights to work in Brazil
- The ability and willingness to travel occasionally for business
- Previous experience in building maintenance and troubleshooting assistance for various facilities hardware, software, systems and processes
- Knowledge and skills in conducting risk assessments
- Ability to support Sustainability efforts – aligning with the company's goals for Net Zero Carbon emissions
- Proficient in both verbal and written communications skills in the English Language
- Must have current legal authorization to live and work in Brazil
- Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense
Desired Qualifications
- Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge in Green Building Council – LEED – sustainable building and their practices
