Job Summary
Facilities Administrator at JLL in Hong Kong SAR, China responsible for managing office facilities including supplies, administration, mailing, courier services, by-hand delivery/collection, meeting room bookings, gym/recreation facilities support, enquiries, parking, event support, health & safety compliance, preventative maintenance, cleaning schedules, CCTV checks, visitor access, and back-up reception. The role involves cost-efficiency opportunities, security coordination, stakeholder liaison (clients, vendors, landlords, contractors), and ensuring office equipment is in good working order while providing a welcoming, secure environment.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Facilities Management / Property Management or relevant disciplines
- 2 years of relevant experience in FM/PM field preferred
- Interface with clients, landlords, consultants, contractors, and suppliers required
- Location: On-site –Hong Kong, SAR, China
