Job Summary
Provide administrative support to Facilities and Janitorial operations by coordinating service tickets, tracking daily records, maintaining vendor/contractor communications, answering inquiries, overseeing supplies and inventory, processing purchase orders and requisitions in the IFS system, obtaining quotes for special projects, attending safety trainings, and managing timekeeping and scheduling tasks. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of administrative experience with strong written/verbal communication, multitasking ability, and basic computer skills. The role involves travel between buildings, a 7:00am–3:30pm shift with potential overtime, and supportive duties across Facilities and Janitorial departments.
Required Qualifications

- 1-3 years of administrative experience or office experience
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
