Job Summary
Facilities Administration Lead to support lobby desk coverage, visitor greeting, and main lobby kioshi station, plus assist with setting up and facilitating special events. Responsibilities include administering workplace experience tasks, preparing reports and memoranda, handling inquiries, filing, scheduling, travel arrangements, and coordinating with site team on customer objectives. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Maximo, and event planning experience required; lead responsibilities and English (Spanish a plus) emphasized; pre-employment drug test and ability to obtain a security access badge are required. Compensation listed as $18.00-$22.00 per hour; no sponsorship for US work authorization.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 3+ years lead experience
- Must speak, read, and write in English
- Ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish is a plus
- Pre-employment substance abuse test
- Possession of or ability to obtain a security access badge
- Must be willing to work various shifts, weekends, and alternative schedules
- Office software proficiency (Microsoft Office)
- Experience with Maximo
- Event planning experience
- Travel arrangement tasks
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail orientation
- Communication skills (telephone and in-person)
