Job Summary
Finance professional for CRE context responsible for FP&A, financial reporting (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow), budgeting and forecasting, financial modeling and business case analysis, and relationship management with client/account teams. Provides guidance and mentorship to junior finance team members and collaborates with accounting to ensure compliance and effective financial operations. Strong emphasis on analytical capabilities, communication, and ability to translate data into actionable insights within a commercial real estate setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- Proven experience in a finance role ( CRE/real estate experience preferred)
- Deep understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
- Proficiency in financial software/tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Excel)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to turn data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and driving results
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members
