Job Summary
Facilitator will plan, organize and implement an instructional program in a Project-Based Learning environment, with the opportunity to tailor curriculum to learners’ needs, deliver rigorous, differentiated and inquiry-based lessons, provide individualized and small-group instruction, establish and maintain a safe, engaging classroom, assess and report on learner progress, develop individual learning plans with learners and families, collaborate with colleagues and leaders to align with iLEAD’s mission, and participate in team and school events to support social-emotional development and student success.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, including all courses needed to meet credential requirements
- Appropriate credential required for core subject positions
- El Authorization- CLAD, BCLAD Certification
- Experience with an education setting and/or real world experience in being non-traditional, flexible, open minded, and collaborative
