Job Summary
As a Wraparound Facilitator at Necco, the role involves maintaining a caseload of 8-10 families, facilitating family team meetings, providing assessments, individualized planning, and case management. This position requires community outreach to build supports and ensure families transition from professional to natural community supports. The facilitator will deliver services across various environments, implement the principles and phases of Wraparound, and maintain case records to track outcomes. Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, 2 years of experience with families and children facing emotional or behavioral challenges, and excellent communication and organizational skills. Candidates should possess a valid driver's license and have the ability to navigate various software programs.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age
- Bachelor's degree in a human services related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with families and/or children with emotional or behavioral problems
- Valid driver's license
- 100/300/100 Auto Insurance Coverage
- Successful completion of all required criminal background checks
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Skills to navigate and execute software programs (i.e Microsoft Office, Database, Electronic Health Record, Dashboard)
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in a human services related field
- Licensed Social Worker or eligible for licensure in West Virginia
- Experience working with families and/or children with emotional or behavioral problems
